Neighbors are invited to meet their newest legislator, Assemblywoman-elect Rodneyse Bichotte, who will replace outgoing Assemblywoman Rhoda Jacobs, at what’s being deemed a “victory party and pre-birthday bash” for Bichotte tomorrow, November 12, from 6-9pm at Woodland Restaurant (242 Flatbush Avenue).
