Prospect-Lefferts Gardens resident Mathew Holley, 33, was identified by his uncle who recognized the victim’s tattoos, the New York Daily News reported. After finding his body on March 13, police released photos of Holley’s tattoos: a money bag, two boxing gloves, and a skeleton with the words “Cheat 2 Win” and “MOB.”

Holley’s decomposed body was discovered in the water in the vicinity of 58th Street near Pier 4 in Sunset Park. The investigation remains ongoing, according to police.
