Man Fatally Shot Following Brawl In Flatbush, Cops Say

On Saturday, a 26-year-old man was fatally shot on Bedford Avenue after a love-triangle fight, said cops.

Cops found Luis Gonzalez collapsed with a gunshot wound to his torso at the Shell gas station on Bedford Avenue near the corner of Church Avenue, just before midnight on Saturday, April 1.

Gonzalez was rushed to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Luis Gonzalez was shot following a late-night soccer match, said cops — but the soccer game wasn’t what caused the dispute. The gunman was a new boyfriend and the victim was an ex-boyfriend in a love triangle dispute, said cops.

As of Monday morning, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
