A local children’s resale and consignment shop is making a move — but they’re not going too far.

Lulu’s Then & Now, the shop from the same owner of Lulu’s Cuts & Toys and Lulu’s for Baby, is currently packing up its space at 75A 5th Avenue, between Prospect and St Marks, to open in a new space at 187 4th Avenue, near Sackett. The larger, 1,800-square-foot space means more room for products, but also a cool addition for those lamenting the loss of the family-friendly Two Moon down the road.

“With the additional space, we have added a Playspace for kids ages 6 months to 3.5 years, filled with innovative, stimulating, modern toys, and a well-curated library,” owner Brigitte Prat wrote in a newsletter. “We will also feature a toy boutique containing the best of the best selected toys from both LuLu’s Cuts & Toys and LuLu’s for Baby.”

Lulu’s Then & Now is currently closed, and will reopen in the new space on Friday, May 1. They’ll begin accepting drop-offs again on Monday, May 4.
