Real estate website Curbed.com included the Pacific Park/Atlantic Yards B2 modular housing project and a five-story apartment building going up at 588 Myrtle Avenue on their list of “Saddest Buildings Of 2014.”

They cited B2’s on-again/off-again construction woes and 588 Myrtle‘s “mismatched mess of glass and grey bricks, cross-crossed by way too many black bits” as reasons the two made their unflattering list, which also included structures in Manhattan and Queens.

Meanwhile, the partially constructed B2 tower was named “most pathetic building of the year” “thanks to bickering between Forest City Ratner and Skanska” that halted construction for a year, until it restarted late last year. In fact, they’re even hiring!
