Let It Snow! With Alden LaPaglia On Monday At The Cortelyou Library
This coming Monday, December 30, neighbor Alden LaPaglia of Alden Moves Dance Theater is bringing another free, family friendly dance program to the Cortelyou Library. Alden describes her holiday dance extravaganza:
“Frosty the Snowman meets Fred Astaire as classic holiday tunes bring back the dapper charm of a bygone era. Imaginations will run wild as children become prancing reindeer, waddling penguins, and twirling snowflakes.
Let It Snow! incorporates infectious music and fanciful explorations of rhythm, movement quality, and space–and Radio City’s got nothing on the grand finale you’ll be invited in for!”
Classes will be held from 12-12:45pm for 3- to 4-year-olds and their caregivers, 1-1:45pm for 5- to 6-year-olds, and 2-2:45pm for 7- to 9-year-olds. Kids are asked to wear a scarf, hat, and comfortable clothes.
Advanced registration is required for the 12 and 1pm classes, and encouraged for the 2pm class. Reserve your spot here, or if your class is filled up, email info@aldenmovesbk.com to be placed on a wait list.
