Less Parking on E 5th Street

Progress is moving at 192 E 5th Street.

Well, they’ve roped off parking, presumably for construction vehicles to get in and out easily. The homeowners on E 5th will have a more difficult time finding parking, especially on Tuesdays when the entire neighborhood is under alternate side parking regulations.

We also confirmed a three story, six family unit will be built. Fabulous news as Kensington is a great neighborhood for raising children. Incoming–and established–families have many great amenities to choose from.
