Learn What You Need To Know About Entering NYC Public Schools At A Workshop This Thursday

This Thursday, December 12 from 6:30-8pm, join the Brooklyn Free Space Preschool for an Introduction to Public Elementary School, a community workshop with Pamela Wheaton from Insideschools.

Pamela will discuss what you need to know about entering NYC’s public schools, including pre-K admissions and Kindergarten Connect, the new online application system, and there will be a Q&A session, so bring any questions you may have.

The worksop will be at the Brooklyn Free Space, 298 6th Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets. There is a $5 suggested donation that will go directly to Insideschools, a non-profit organization. Childcare is available for ages 2.6 and up. $5 per child; please RSVP for childcare at 718-965-3135.
