It’s no secret that neighborhood real estate prices are rising, and now there’s further proof!

Actor Lake Bell has listed her five bedroom, four bathroom townhouse in the Wallabout Historic District for $3 million, a mere three years after buying her pad for $1.55 million, reports 6sqft.

“Customized from top to bottom in a truly Brooklyn style, this charming Greek and Gothic Revival style townhouse was built circa 1850 and is located on a beautiful tree-lined block of Vanderbilt Avenue,” says the listing by Nadine Adamson and Kelsey Hall of Brown Harris Stevens.

The townhouse’s listing describes the home as currently in single-family use, but legally a two-family house.

Variety described the unit as such: “the bathtub and sink are unconventionally and voyeuristically completely exposed to the bedroom area while an enclosed and more desirably private area contains the toilet and shower.”
