Did She Know There’d Be So Much Cash Unattended?
The Police just released information about a crime that took place in front of the Marine Recruiting Center at 1427 Flatbush Avenue by Farragut Road in Ditmas Park/Flatbush back in October.
It was reported that about 9:30 am on Friday, October 14, 2016 an unidentified woman entered an unlocked Snapple delivery truck parked on Flatbush Avenue. She proceeded to remove $12,300 from an unsecured safe and fled in a gray Hyundai Veracruz model 2005-2012, said cops.
She was last seen wearing a dark hooded winter jacket and blue jeans.
We can’t help but wonder: did she know there would be so much cash there, that the safe would not be locked, and that the truck would not be locked either? Who gets this lucky?
