Update 4/10: The hospitalized male was identified on Saturday, April 8, and has been reunited with family. The investigation is ongoing.

Police are looking for public’s help in identifying a man they found Wednesday morning around 9:30, unconscious and bleeding from the head in front of 848 East 15 Street, a block from the Q line’s Avenue H subway station and few blocks from Brooklyn College.

The man is described by the police to be of Hispanic descent, in his 40’s, medium built, about 5 feet 3 inches tall, and 150lb. There was no form of identification on him, and he is currently hospitalized New York Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan with bleeding on the brain, a nasal fracture, and a broken left clavicle, according to the cops.
