Kensington Crimes: Keep An Eye On Your Bank Account!
A number of thefts from locals’ bank accounts leads the latest felony crime report from the 66th Precinct, which covers the first three weeks in July with some backtracking to recently reported grand larcenies in June and May. Neither vacations or mishaps deter us, so we post this info albeit with time gaps. Once again, we are beholden to the 66th Precinct officer who shoulders the task of keeping Kensington current.
The report only covers felony crimes which occurred in Kensington’s two police sectors, G and K. Sector G includes Beverley Road to Avenue F, and 37th Street to Coney Island Avenue; Sector K covers Caton Avenue to Beverley Road and 37th Street to Coney Island Avenue. The entire 66th Precinct is parceled into 13 sectors, lettered A-J.
