Look Out For Neighbor's Missing Dog

Neighbor Helayne writes in about her dog, JP, who went missing this afternoon. JP is small (about 14 pounds) with short beige hair and might be wearing a beige Sherpa coat.

Helayne says JP was last seen between 4 and 4:30pm, and she is especially worried because he has limited vision.
