Kavkaz Restaurant At 943 Coney Island Avenue Closes, Will Become Atlas Steakhouse

After more than a decade, Kavkaz Restaurant, an Azerbaijani restaurant at 943 Coney Island Avenue, by Webster Avenue, has closed its doors and, following renovations, will reopen as Atlas Steakhouse.

The new restaurant is expected to debut within a month or so.

In addition to the food and a full bar, the steakhouse will be holding jazz nights once a week with an in-house performer, we’ve learned. And, for our neighbors who love hitting the dance floor, there’s going to be a DJ spinning music on Saturday nights.
