In the heart of Park Slope, Carnem New American Restaurant serves modern American dishes that deftly blend old-classic and new-classic steakhouse dining with a thoughtfully edited wine list and an inventive cocktail menu.The new Under $15 Menu runs Sunday through Thursday and features many of Carnem’s most popular dishes, offered in smaller portions, but with the same premium quality meat, fish and other ingredients that have made Carnem a NYC favorite and executed by Carnem’s world class culinary team.

The Under $15 Menu is quite extensive, with some favorite with guests being the Pork Belly Cotton Candy, Beef Tartar, Salmon Tartar, Spanish Charred Octopus, 6oz Boneless Ribeye and much more. Carnem’s very inventive cocktail menu, along with their thoughtful wine list are, of course, both available to compliment the menu to its fullest.
