Indian Restaurant Coming to Church Avenue

Well that didn’t take long. The space at 1125 Church Avenue, at the corner of Westminster Road, that used to house the No. 1 Chinese Restaurant, will soon be an Indian restaurant, according to a sign posted outside.

Permits for renovation (to replace cooking equipment and redo the bathroom) were issued about a month after we first noticed the Chinese restaurant had moved and the space was for rent.

We’ll keep you posted about what to expect and when they might open as we learn more.
