A fundraising page has been set up to help the family of a beloved mom killed in the deadly explosion that tore through a Borough Park building on Saturday, October 3.

Ligia Puello, 64, a third floor resident, was in the stairwell of 4206 13th Avenue at the time of the blast and did not survive, according to police.

Puello had lived alone with her daughter Kim ever since her husband died, and friends say the mother-and-daughter pair were inseparable — “best friends in life,” according to the GoFundMe page.

In addition to losing her mother, Kim lost her apartment and all of her belongings in the fire, says her supporters.

“We would like to start this fund to help the Puello family raise money for funeral expenses, emergency expenses, and rebuild a life following this tragedy,” wrote the page’s host.

The body of a second victim — presumed to be missing woman Franchezka Figueroa, 47 — was found by a search team in the rubble Tuesday. She is survived by three teenage children.

Initially, investigators thought the blaze was caused by a gas leak, but now authorities say they are pursuing leads that Figueroa, a second floor tenant, was suicidal and may have intentionally caused the blast.

Two men and a 9-year-old boy were also injured by flying debris and are expected to survive, say cops.

Five buildings were evacuated in the aftermath of the blaze, and 49 neighbors have been displaced, according to authorities.
