Homecrest Community Services Host Annual Senior Health Fair

Homecrest Community Services (HCS) will hold its 15th Annual Senior Health Fair, Wednesday, September 21 (rain or shine), from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the grounds of Homecrest Presbyterian Church, East 15th Street and Avenue T.

There will be presentations on health and wellness, as well as health screenings by medical personnel, and workshops will be conducted in both Chinese and English. Additionally, health-related literature will be distributed to attendees. The fair is free of charge for HCS members and other seniors 60 years and older in the neighborhood.

According to event organizers, “Our annual Health Fair has always been a great success, with over 1,000 senior participants from the neighborhood expected to attend.”
