Popular Fort Greene Mexican eatery Hoja Santa is reportedly up for grabs if an interested party is willing to pay at least $430,000, according to a Craigslist ad, posted one week ago.

Described as a “turnkey restaurant in thriving Fort Greene,” the ad touts Hoja Santa’s location at 250 DeKalb Avenue at the corner of DeKalb and Vanderbilt Avenues, liquor licenses, completed renovation, and remaining eight years on the lease at $7,700 per month.

Owner Gary Miller told DNAInfo that “to be clear we have no plans to shut down, [but] we are just open to discussion if someone comes around with the right offer.”
