Featuring women of all ages and vocal ranges, the Brooklyn Chorus is a member group of Sweet Adelines International, a worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony — four-part, unaccompanied, close harmony singing. The New Utrecht performance this weekend will include opportunities for an audience sing-along.

The New Utrecht Reformed Church Parish House is part of the landmarked historic church campus, which also includes the 1828 church building, currently closed for restoration, and the New Utrecht Liberty Pole, an institution dating back to 1783. The New Utrecht congregation was organized in October 1677 by the town’s Dutch settlers.
