Help Police Find 86-Year-Old Ying Tsang

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ying Tsang, an 86-year-old neighbor who was last seen at the Dorchester Senior Citizen Center (1419 Dorchester Road on the corner of Marlborough Road) around noon yesterday (Wednesday, November 6).

Ying is 5 feet tall and 95 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911, as well as Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting your tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
