Help Guard the Trees Along Campus Road

Campus Road Trees is looking for volunteers to help build tree guards starting this weekend.

Our starting days are this Friday, 12-4 p.m. and Saturday, 10-2 p.m. We need two people to come Friday and two people on Saturday. This is going to be a fine, patient type of work so we don’t need lots of people. We will be driving posts into the ground and attaching rails, so I’m hoping to complete four tree beds. All tools, materials and water will be provided. Anyone interested in building and experimenting a bit with us will enjoy these days.

The group will also be working in October:

Friday, September 21, 12-4 p.m.
Saturday, September 22, 10-2 p.m.
Saturday, October 6: 10-4 p.m.
Friday, October 12: time TBD
Saturday, October 13: time TBD
