Help Finish Newkirk Plaza’s Alleyway Art

The mosaic and mural in the Newkirk Plaza alleyway will be finished this month, says Newkirk Cares. Juan Carlos Pinto of the Brooklyn Recycle Project and Susan Jaramillo, who created the mural on the opposite wall of the passageway, will be working to finish by the 22nd. The Kickstarter launched to help fund the project surpassed its $1,000 goal and hit $1,372 last month.
