Help Cops ID This Perp Wanted For Grand Larceny (VIDEO)

Cops want your help in catching a man wanted for stealing handbags from Emerson Bar on 561 Myrtle Avenue on two separate occasions.

Police say that on April 30 at 2:30am, the man in the video above stole a handbag from Emerson Bar.

The man committed the same crime again on May 13 at 11:15pm, returning to Emerson Bar to steal another handbag, according to cops.
