Help Cops Find Armed Trio Of Robbers In Boerum Hill And Fort Greene [VIDEO]
BOERUM HILL & FORT GREENE – The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the three men seen in the video below in connection to two recent armed robberies.
The first incident occurred at approximately 11:50pm on Tuesday, August 29 at the intersection of Pacific and Hoyt Streets in Boerum Hill. A 30-year-old male victim was approached from behind by three unidentified men, police say. One of the men pulled on the victim’s backpack to get his attention. When the victim turned around, one of the men flashed a gun and demanded his property, according to the police.
The victim gave the men his iPhone, Beats headphones, and wallet which contained $20, ID, and credit/bank cards. The three suspects fled north on Hoyt Street. The victim was not injured.
The second incident occurred the next day at approximately 1pm on Wednesday, August 30. A 20-year-old male victim was approached by three men in front of 188 Washington Park in Fort Greene. One of the men displayed a firearm and demanded the victim’s property.
The victim handed over his his iPhone and two credit/bank cards. The suspects fled south on Washington Park. The second victim was not injured during the incident.
