Heavy Downpours Flood Fourth Avenue

Heavy downpours this morning have led to flooding along Fourth Avenue, and there’s still a flash flood warning in effect for the NYC area until 9:15am. We’ll keep an eye on it, but be careful out there, and hopefully the N/R line hangs in there through the rush hour.
