Health Insurance Office Coming To 5th Avenue
A new place to explore your health insurance options is coming to our area.
An awning recently went up above 471 5th Avenue, between 10th and 11th Streets, which was most recently home to a laundromat that closed in May. We’ve got an Empire BlueCross BlueShield and a Health Plus office coming our way, though it seems they only recently began interior construction — permits were issued by the Department of Buildings in October.
With one vacancy filled, another recently opened a couple blocks away — the storefront at 511 5th Avenue, former home of Malik Sportswear, is available to rent for $9,200 per month.
