Hamilton’s Is Now Serving Breakfast Every Day
Hamilton’s (2826 Fort Hamilton Parkway) started serving weekday breakfast this week and we had to stop by to check it out.
The new breakfast menu has some dishes that you won’t see on their weekend brunch menu, such as the Swiss Breakfast ($10), which is a favorite at their sister restaurant Alchemy. It’s a crispy potato Rosti with a fried egg, smoked salmon, sour cream, capers and red onion. We loved the combination of so many different flavors, and the thick and crispy potato Rosti really stood out. It definitely won’t leave you hungry.
Other menu items include French Toast, omelettes, steel cut oatmeal, Huevos Rancheros and more. It’s definitely going to be a regular breakfast stop for us.
Hamilton’s, located at 2826 Fort Hamilton Parkway, is serving breakfast on weekdays from 8am-3pm Monday through Friday.
