Super Halal Grocery Coming To Coney Island Avenue & Avenue H

Super Halal Grocery seems to be making progress moving into the former Sarmish space at 1160 Coney Island Avenue (between Avenues H and I). While paper is blocking the windows, they got a new awning promising Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi, and American food and ingredients.

As you may remember, that side of CIA isn’t the only place where work is being done–the space across the road that used to be an auto repair shop is set to be turned into a shopping center within the next couple of months.

Anyway, the two mentions of spices on Super Halal Grocery’s awning are intriguing–we wonder if that’s their focus, and if so, what unique options they might carry.
