G&Y Deli On 8th Ave Closed, Space For Rent

We had noticed a couple times over the past few weeks that G&Y Deli, on the corner of 8th Avenue and Windsor Place, had seemed closed, but we thought maybe we were just passing it at weird times. That is, until we spotted the ‘for lease’ signs last week.
