The large corner grocery store on 5th Avenue and 23rd Street, formerly occupied by Guerrero Food Center, is for lease. Guerrero’s Mexican food counter (their tacos and tortas were quite popular) was shut down by the Department of Health earlier this year, and the bodega ultimately fell into a slow decline.

A listing with Rapid Realty is offering the 1,400-square-foot commercial space for $5,833 per month.
