One of the first things that greets visitors at the 5th Avenue entrance to Green-Wood Cemetery is its gothic archway — and now, once again, the very next thing to greet them is a welcoming face.

The Visitor Welcome Area at the archway has reopened, and a volunteer will be on hand to greet and provide info to visitors on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. But to fill out that schedule, they could use your help!

They’re looking for volunteers who are social and love our historic cemetery to help greet and orient visitors to Green-Wood from around the world on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Saturday mornings and afternoons, and Sunday mornings.
