Green-ovation: A Forum On Innovations In Green Energy And Conservation
Assemblymember Jim Brennan is presenting Green-ovation, a forum on the latest innovations in green energy and conservation for Brooklyn and beyond, on Tuesday, October 22 from 5:30-8:30pm at Camp Friendship, 339 8th Street at 6th Avenue.
The forum is for homeowners, building owners, co-operators, co-op board members, small businesses, management agents, and anyone interested in learning more about the possibilities of a greener, more efficient Brooklyn. Expect a series of brief presentations and tables that feature demonstrations, product samples, literature, and more about how you can adapt, retrofit, and alter your home, building, or business to be greener and more efficient.
Presenters will include Con Edison, Council of New York Co-ops and Condos, CUNY Energy Institute, New York City Office of Management and Sustainability, NYC ACRE, NYSERDA, Solar Home and Building Owners, Solarize Brooklyn, Solar One, and Urban Green.
