An audacious real estate broker is trying to unload pint-sized shed in Gravesend for “only” a half-million dollars.

The listing, which has been on Trulia for more than half a year, is for 12 by 26 foot residence, which the New York Post called a “glorified tool shed,” located at the end of a narrow driveway at 86 Bay 47th Street, near Bath Avenue.

The listing advertises the property as “better than a condo… asking only $499,000.”

The ad also notes zoning regulations would allow a buyer to “build up and out.”

The realtor behind the ad, Anothony Mussolino, told the Post the home “used to be a flop house for pets, mostly pit bulls. So it needs some work.”

He also noted its the smallest house he has ever sold, but does include a partially finished basement.

Among the other amenities, the one-bedroom home, built in 1925, comes with a bathroom, gas, heat, and hot water, as well as a driveway that can fit six cars.

Gothamist, which first reported on the bonkers asking price, noted that an older ad included the shed with another house next door.

“ATTENTION BUILDERS** 84 & 86 BAY 47TH STREET SOLD AS A PACKAGE ONLY, R5 ZONING, COMBINED LOT SIZE 40X97… BOTH HOUSES NEED WORK, GREAT LOCATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF CONDOMINIUMS,” the ad reads.
