This coming Tuesday, October 1, local elected officials will join Affinity Health to celebrate the launch of New York State of Health: The Official Health Plan Marketplace, the new health benefit exchange established under the Affordable Care Act.

The ribbon cutting ceremony and resource fair will take place at the Affinity Community Service Center (2230D Church Avenue between Flatbush and Bedford Avenues) at 11am 10am, and will feature speakers, music, refreshments, and multilingual representatives to help counsel you about different plans.
