Get Free Holiday Coupons For Cortelyou Businesses, Donate Toys & More At An Open House Next Tuesday, December 16
Want to support local businesses while doing holiday shopping? How about getting some discounts when you do so? Yeah, we do too!
To help you out, the Flatbush Development Corporation has created its first-ever holiday coupon book for businesses along Cortelyou Road, as well as a few right of the corridor, which they’ll be handing them out at their holiday open house on Tuesday, December 16 from 3-7pm at Assemblyman Jim Brennan’s office at 1414 Cortelyou Road.
The coupon book is free for the community and the FDC let us know its totals to hundreds of dollars in savings at local businesses, including Brooklyn Industries, Brooklyn ARTery, San Remo’s Pizzeria, Cafe Madeline, Cortelyou Craft Beer, Sycamore, and many more.
At the open house, there will also be:
- The 70th Precinct’s crime prevention and operation ID units, officers from which will register electronics with the NYPD – which helps with their recovery if they’re stolen. You can bring your phone, laptops, tablets, iPods and more to be registered.
- Toys for Tots – Brennan’s office is a Toys for Tots drop-off location, so be sure to bring a new and unwrapped toy to donate.
- Free hot apple cider and cookies.
