Stuck at work late? No steam to cook up a healthy and delicious meal? It looks like 7th Avenue’s new cafe, Gather, is set to offer the neighborhood a nice alternative to the, “I don’t wanna cook, let’s order tiki masala” nights that we all occasionally have.
Located in the old Uncle Mo’s space (341 7th Ave), Gather’s chef recently told Here’s Park Slope that the new restaurant will be open by January 22, and specializes in freshly prepared proteins and sides to help you construct your own convenient dinner on the way home from the subway. The cafe also plans on selling a small selection of soups and sandwiches, with coffee and snacks served all day.
With menu options that are already causing mouths to water over here at South Slope News, we’re definitely looking forward to welcoming the new addition to the neighborhood.
