Game On For Grand Larceny At GameStop In Park Slope, Police Report
GameStop retailers are known for their video games and electronics. The items are hot with teens, however, the Park Slope outlet has one less video console that is likely a different kind of “hot item” on the street.
Police say that an unidentified female used a victim’s credit card to purchase a Sony Playstation at 527 5th Avenue (near 14th Street) in Park Slope. The incident took place during the holiday rush on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at about 2:00pm.
The suspect — who is being sought by police for grand larceny — used the credit card of a 28-year-old woman.
Police describe the suspect as an adult female who was last seen wearing a black winter jacket, black pants, and a winter hat.
