Fx Drama ‘The Americans’ To Film In Our Neighborhood Tuesday Through Friday – Move Your Cars By 10 Tonight
The Cold War is, once again, headed our way – but this time it’s not because of Steven Spielberg’s “St. James Place” but Fx’s “The Americans.”
The drama, in which Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys play two KGB spies posing as Americans in suburban Washington D.C. in the early 1980s, will film tomorrow, December 9 through Friday, December 12. We’ve spotted signs for the filming on both sides of Marlborough from Albemarle to Beverley, on both sides of Church from Coney Island Avenue to E. 17th Street, and on the north side of Caton Avenue from Argyle to Marlborough.
If you’re parked in the area, you’ll need to move your car before tonight at 10pm, or it will be towed to the nearest legal spot. If your car has been moved, call Jason at 718-650-6420 to locate it.
And if you see signs elsewhere for the filming – or grab any photos of the spies – let us know! You can email us at editor@ditmasparkcorner.com.
