We can now get a look at what the luxury apartment building replacing the former White Castle at 531 Myrtle Avenue will look like.

The folks over at Brownstoner published the first renderings, which show the five-story, 27-unit building with the ground floor commercial space at the corner of Myrtle Avenue and Steuben Street.

Apparently, the building also has a new designer in AB Architekten, and a new developer, Greystone & Co.

The retail space is reportedly aiming for “banks, food and beverage, pharmacies, and other uses targeting students and young families,” a spokesperson with TerraCRG told Brownstoner.
