Starting tomorrow through May 19, the three Saturday morning sessions will begin at 9am with a Yinsa Flow Yoga lesson combining slow-flow Vinyasa and Yin yoga with a fun playlist. Water will be supplied but participants should bring their own mat.
At 10am, dance and fitness instructors from At Your Beat will lead rhythmic cardio dance classes including FitBEAT Dance & Tone; BoxBEAT, a full-body workout incorporating hip-hop and boxing techniques; and BashmentBEAT, an energetic lesson in Basement, Reggaeton, and Dancehall dance moves.
At 11:15am, instructors from the Dodge YMCA will host additional dance classes including Jazz Funk, Retro Dance Party, and Broadway Dance.
