Seventh Avenue and Garfield: A mecca for free food.

We spotted a Pinkberry employee who wasn’t limiting free samples to pedestrians; she was going up to cars at red lights and offering occupants multiple flavors. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Meanwhile next door at the soon-to-open Piccola Uva Wine Bar & Pizza, we’ve seen them handing out free pizza in advance of the restaurant’s opening this week. They plan to give out samples to passers-by until then.

Now if we can only get an appetizer store to open next to the pizza joint…
