Czech Wine Tasting
When: Friday, November 7, 6-9pm
Where: Corkscrew Wines (489 Myrtle Avenue between Hall and Ryerson Streets)
What: Here’s a unique treat–tonight, Corkscrew will be offering up tastes of its wines from the Czech Republic. Stop by and see if any of their bottles speak to you.
How much: Free admission

“His Majesty” Reading and Craft Time
When: Saturday, November 8, 11am
Where: Greenlight Bookstore (686 Fulton Street at South Portland Avenue)
What: Lizz Brady, who has adapted His Majesty–a tale about a large feline with a larger personality–into English, will read to kids ages three to eight, followed by a cat-themed craft activity.
How much: Free admission

Paris Saint-Germain vs Olympique de Marseille Game
When: Sunday, November 9, 3pm
Where: Café Paulette (136 Dekalb Avenue and South Elliott Place)
What: Catch two French league teams going head to head at Paulette, plus enjoy beer, wine, and goodies including $1 oysters from 4-6pm.
How much: Free admission
