Looking for an apartment to rent around Fort Greene or Clinton Hill? We’ve rounded up a few spaces available in the neighborhood to help you on your hunt. If you live in one of the apartment buildings, let prospective neighbors know how you like it.

Not Terribly Priced Two Bed
Available: Immediately
Price: $1,900, plus broker fee
Details: There aren’t a ton of photos or details available for this two bed on North Cumberland near Park Avenue–but aside from any totally unoriginal weakness we may have for exposed brick, it might have been the only place we saw this week that wouldn’t require roommates to each pay four digits in rent. The location’s not particularly convenient and that kitchen doesn’t look fit for a prolific chef, but if you’re not so into cooking and you’re looking for a local bargain, this place might be worth a shot.

Fancy Schmancy No Fee Two/Two
Available: Immediately
Price: $3,570, no broker fee
Details: Cheap this unit at 163 Washington Avenue (between Myrtle and Park) is not, but good grief, would you look at those floor to ceiling windows? It seems pretty obvious from other listings we’ve seen in the building that these nicely staged photos are the only ones they ever use–but as we imagine 11C is on a high floor, we expect the views probably aren’t too shabby anyway. It’s certainly nice to have an extra bath and the space looks great for entertaining, plus there are communal outdoor areas, an in-building gym, and maybe, the ad conveys, even in-unit laundry. If you’re looking to upgrade but you’d rather not pay a broker fee, check this one out.

Sweet, Convenient Three Bed
Available: Immediately
Price: $3,795, plus broker fee
Details: How lovely is this place! Located on Adelphi Street, this three bed with an extra half bath is right around the corner from all the amenities on Myrtle Avenue–but with those trees outside the window, it still looks like it can offer a little bit of respite from traffic and honking horns. The listing says its bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are spacious, so if you were disappointed by the setup of that first place up top, consider grabbing another roommate and cooking some nice “family” meals together.

Just Gorgeous Pratt Area Four Bed in a Brownstone
Available: Immediately
Price: $4,250, plus broker fee
Details: Be still, all of our respective hearts. This stunner features lovely vintage details like a marble fireplace and parquet floors next to modern upgrades like skylights to let more light into your adorable kitchen. Right next to the amazing Emmanuel Baptist Church and just steps from Pratt, the Clinton-Washington G stop, shopping at Key Foods, and a cluster of bars and restaurants on Grand Avenue, the location isn’t much to scoff at, either.
