Fort Greene-Clinton Hill Rental Prices Are Pretty Average For Brooklyn
It turns out that Fort Greene and Clinton Hill rental prices are pretty middle-of-the-road when compared to other one-bedroom rates in Brooklyn, according to rates compiled by real estate website Zumper.com and noted by Curbed.
As of January 2015, the median rate for one bedrooms in Fort Greene clocks in at $2,700, with Clinton Hill rates a little lower at $2,450 per month. That’s compared to a median $4,000/month in DUMBO, $2,500 in Prospect Heights, and $1,800 in Bed-Stuy.
The lowest end of the rate spectrum is a still-rather-steep $1,290/month median rate in Canarsie, and $1,350/month rents in Sunset Park and Flatlands.
