Former 7th Avenue Pharmacy Space To House Real Estate Office
A corner storefront that held a small pharmacy for the past several decades will soon be home to a real estate office.
The former location of Prospect Gardens Pharmacy at 89 7th Avenue on the corner of Union Street, which closed in March after the building was sold a few months prior, will be the new office of Warren Lewis Sotheby’s, agent Jeffrey Kessler tells us. They’ll be moving from their current space at 123A 7th Avenue, between President and Carroll, which was recently put on the market.
When initial reports of the sale of the building were announced in December of last year, the Daily News said it was the highest price ever paid for a mixed-use building in the neighborhood. At the time, the new owner said he had plans to “install a big national retail tenant.” So what do you think of this new development?
