Forest City Ratner Posts Job Listings For Brooklyn Navy Yard
Construction on the Pacific Park affordable housing project, formerly known as the Atlantic Yards project, continues apace and now Forest City Ratner Companies has released a few job listings seeking employees to help run their modular factory, which is based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
According to a release from FCRC, send to various community stakeholders, including our own Community Board 2:
“As you know Forest City has obtained control of the modular factory based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Before the holidays, foremen began work at the factory to begin preparing for a full ramp up in production. In addition to reaching out to all formerly furloughed employees, we are also hiring for new positions at the factory. As always, we have placed a large emphasis on hiring locally and hope you can help us distribute these postings to your Brooklyn networks.”
