Food Cooperatives: Healthy Food And Community Forum At Brooklyn Commune Tonight

Want to learn more about food coops in our area – including the Windsor Terrace Food Coop that neighbors are working hard to launch?

Tonight, there will be a “Food Cooperatives: Healthy Food and Community” forum at Brooklyn Commune (601 Greenwood Avenue), which is free and open to the public.

Featured speakers at the forum include Jack O’Connell, of the Windsor Terrace Food Coop (which will serve both Windsor Terrace and Kensington), Joe Holtz of the Park Slope Food Coop, D.K. Holland of the Greene Hill Coop in Clinton Hill, and Tom Angotti, of Prospect Farm. Angotti will be serving as the evening’s moderator.

The event tonight is part of Food Matters, a free series sponsored by Prospect Farm and Brooklyn Commune.
