Fifth Avenue’s Bagel Factory Opens 10th Street Store

Bagle Bagel Factory, located on the corner of 5th Avenue and 10th Street, opened its doors on Monday, so we decided to stop by and check out the newest neighborhood addition.

The new Bagel Factory is larger than its original store on 5th Avenue and 17th Street, with an extensive menu covering everything from breakfast and bagels, to soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps.

There are a handful of refrigerators with drinks, yogurt, and fruit,

And a small seating area (which also includes free wifi…score).

There are a number of different cream cheeses to choose from, and you’ve also got the option of taking home 1/2 pound of your favorite spread for between $3 and $5.

We gave the plain bagel with scallion cream cheese ($2.95) a whirl. Very tasty. Crispy outside, perfectly chewy inside, and the cream cheese was just awesome.

Sweet tooth tingling? Bagel Factory also rocks a fantastic looking selection of cookies, bars, and cupcakes.

Bagel Factory (718-768-8300) is open Monday through Sunday, 6am to 6pm. All major credit cards are accepted ($5 minimum), and they provide free neighborhood delivery. Be sure to stop by this week and say hello!
