KENSINGTON – A father and son were stabbed over the weekend by a group of men on the corner.

On Sunday, August 31 at around 1:20 a.m., a 45-year-old father and his 18-year-old son were at East 2nd Street and 18th Avenue. According to the cops, a group of three men approached them and there seemed to have been a dispute. Then, one of the men slashed the 18-year-old on the neck and stomach. The father was slashed in the arm and neck. Cops believe the weapon used might be a box cutter, though it is not yet confirmed.

Both victims were taken to Maimonides Hospital and are in stable condition. Cops say one person was arrested and the investigation is ongoing.
